The combined gross monthly income for all applicants must be 3 times the monthly rent amount. Each applicant is required to provide 2 months of income verifications in the form of paystubs, an offer letter, tax documents, etc.

Most applications take 48-72 hours to process. To help expediate the approval process, please submit all required documents to JBC@Jimbernco.com when completing the application.

Yes, however, please review the Pet Policy located on the “Forms / Policies Page for detailed information. Visiting pets are not allowed.

A minimum lease term of 12 months is required.

The minimum security deposit required is equal to 1 months’ rent. Depending on factors such as your credit history, a larger security deposit may be required. All deposits must be paid at the time of signing the lease agreement.

Yes, each townhome offers either 2 reserved outdoor parking spaces or 1 garage space and 1 reserved parking space

Water and sewer are included.

Yes, however, applicants will need to have a minimum monthly income of 3 times the rent amount. Rent Assistance can be used towards the required monthly income amount.

Payments can made on the Resident Portal by using a bank account, credit card or debit card.

Each townhome includes a refrigerator and range. Select townhomes also include a dishwasher. Please visit the Available Properties page for more information.

No, however, each townhome has a washer and dryer hookup.

Yes, however, you are responsible for rent and utilities until a new resident takes occupancy, or the end of the lease term, whichever occurs first.

Yes, you can add or remove a roommate any time as long as all parties involved meet the screening criteria qualifications and are approved by Jim-Bern Company.
